The topics covered will include, but not be limited to:
- TRIPS and Software and business practices patents
- GATS and domestic regulation of privacy and consumer protection
- WTO rules regarding Internet tariffs
- WTO Work Program on E-Commerce
- Electronic signatures
- ICANN
WTO creditials will apparently be required to attend the meeting.
