As is indicated in the chart, the Callpack options are actually 50% less than the amount of time BA claims. This is because BA's rates are based upon use of a single B channel, rather than the full speed 128 Kbs of both B channels. This is equivalent to buying a sport coupe and disconnecting 4 of the 8 cylinders or running a race using only one leg. Of course people will want to use ISDN's high speed capabilities--that is the primary point of ISDN--and to advertise pricing based upon a subscriber choosing to use 50% of its capacity is at best, wrongheaded, and at worst, purposefully deceptive.
