Kur- und Verkehrsverein St. Moritz v. StMoritz.com
 Case No. D2000-0617

This is a pretty interesting case. "An official organization of the
community of St. Moritz" asked WIPO to take away stmoritz.com from a
domain owner from the United Arab Emirates. The domain name owner did
not both to contest the proceeding. A lone WIPO panel member rejected
the transfer, largely on the grounds that there was no evidence that the
domain was being used in bad faith, based upon his own exaimination of
the web page and his investigation into the firm that owned the
stmoritz.com domain.

A decision that went the other way was Barcelona.com
